The Psyll notification system is a central component of communication between the platform and the user. Its purpose is to provide real-time access to information about events that may be relevant to the operation of the user’s account, trading bots, API integrations, subscriptions, and other activities.

Notifications are displayed at the top of the page - in the form of a dropdown panel accessible by clicking the notification icon. This allows users to instantly view the latest updates without navigating to additional sections. Next to the icon, there is a counter showing the number of unread notifications, which updates in real time and automatically disappears once all messages have been viewed.

All notifications are also archived and available in the My Account > Notifications section. This area serves as a history of all messages sent by the system - including informational, technical, and administrative updates. Users can browse the complete list of past notifications at any time, ensuring transparency and an easy way to review past events in chronological order.

Additionally, within this section, users can use the Clear notification history option, which allows them to permanently delete all stored messages from their account. This operation does not affect the system’s functionality and can be performed at any time - for example, to keep the panel organized or to enhance privacy.

The Psyll notification system is designed to be lightweight, reliable, and non-intrusive - notifications are presented clearly, and their content is limited strictly to information relevant to the user and their activity on the platform.

It is also worth noting that all notifications are automatically deleted 30 days after their creation. This mechanism is intended to minimize the storage of outdated data, improve system performance, and protect user privacy. The removal process is fully automated and requires no action from the user.
