Login history

Your login history is a key tool for monitoring your Psyll account's security. By checking who and when has tried to access it, you can quickly detect and respond to any suspicious activity.

Login history is a crucial tool for easily tracking who and when has tried to access your account. It provides a detailed log of the last 100 login attempts, making it simple to spot unusual activity and respond quickly to potential threats.

You can find this section in the user panel under My account > Security > Login History.

What you’ll find in the login history:

The list displays all key details for each login attempt, helping you determine if the access was authorized:

  • Login Status - Clear icons and color-coded labels let you instantly see which attempts were successful, or rejected.
  • Date and Time - The exact date and time of each attempt are shown, along with a relative time description (e.g., "10 minutes ago," "2 hours ago"), so you can quickly gauge how recently the event occurred.
  • System Response - Messages like "Login successful," "Incorrect password," "No 2FA verification," or "Account blocked" explain why an attempt succeeded or failed.
  • IP Address - Displays the IP address used for the attempt, helping you identify the location or device from which the access originated.
  • Browser and Device - Information about the browser, operating system, and sometimes the device (based on the user-agent) helps you recognize whether the login came from your computer, phone, or another known device.

How to effectively use login history:

  • Monitor the list regularly - Especially if you log in from different devices or locations, verify that all attempts are known and match your activity.
  • Watch for unusual events - Unfamiliar IP addresses, browsers, or locations could signal an unauthorized access attempt.

What to do if you see a suspicious login:

  • Change your password immediately - - Create a new, strong, and unique password that is difficult to guess.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) -- If you haven't yet, activate 2FA to significantly boost your account's security.
  • Contact technical support - If you notice a successful login you don’t recognize, report the incident to our support team so we can assist you in securing your account.

Privacy and data storage

The data shown in the login history (IP addresses, attempt times, browser details, and statuses) is recorded and stored in our system solely to protect your account's security. The panel shows the last 100 entries, providing a clear and complete overview of your access history.
