To increase the security of your account, it's important to change your password. You can do this in your user panel by navigating to User account > Security > Change password.

How to change your password

  • First, log in to your account and go to the My account > Security section, and then select Change password.
  • Next, enter your current password to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized changes to your account.
  • Then, type your new password. It needs to be 8 to 120 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and no spaces.
  • Confirm your new password by typing it again in the confirmation field.
  • Click the button to save the changes.

What to consider when changing your password?

  • Your current password must be correct, or the system will show an error.
  • The new password must meet the specified length and complexity requirements.
  • The password confirmation must be an exact match for the new password.
  • The new password cannot be identical to the current one.

Why is it important to have a strong password?

A strong password is the primary way to secure your account. It prevents unauthorized access and protects your information. We advise that your password be:

  • Lengthy - a minimum of 8 characters, or more if possible.
  • Complicated - it should contain lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Distinct - avoid reusing the same password across different sites.
  • Memorable for you (for example, by using a known phrase or sentence) but hard for others to figure out.

What to do if you suspect an unauthorized access attempt?

If you receive a notification about a password change you didn't initiate, or if you notice any suspicious activity on your account, immediately change your password and contact our support team.
