Registering an account on the Psyll platform is the first step towards using Psyll platform. The process has been designed to be simple, fast, and at the same time ensure the highest level of security for your data. Below, you will find a detailed explanation of what information you need to provide and what requirements each field in the registration form must meet.

Starting the account creation process

To begin creating a new account, go to the registration page: https://psyll.com/pl/join. On this page, you will find an intuitive form that will guide you through the account creation process.

Required registration data

To avoid mistakes when entering your password, please type it again in the confirmation field. The system automatically compares both fields to ensure they match. This helps prevent login problems later.

1. Username

Choosing a username is an important decision, as it will be your unique identification on Psyll. Your username must:

  • Be unique - it cannot already be taken by another user. The system automatically checks availability as you type.
  • Length: at least 4 characters and no more than 16.
  • Allowed characters: letters, digits, and two special symbols - hyphen (-) and underscore (_).
  • Spaces are not allowed.

We recommend choosing a name that represents you well and is easy to remember.

2. Email address

Your email address is crucial for communication between you and the platform. Notifications, activation links, and account-related information will be sent to this address.

  • You must provide a valid, correct email address that you actively use.
  • Just like the username, the email address must be unique - you cannot create multiple accounts with the same address.
  • The system verifies the email during registration to prevent errors.

Make sure you have access to the provided email, as without activation your account will not be fully enabled.

3. Password

Your password is the key to securing your account, which is why it must meet specific security criteria:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters, to ensure proper protection.
  • Maximum length: 120 characters, allowing you to create a truly strong password.

The password must contain at least:

  • One uppercase letter (A - Z),
  • One lowercase letter (a - z),
  • One digit (0 - 9).

Spaces are not allowed in passwords, to prevent input and security issues.

4. Password confirmation

To avoid mistakes when entering your password, please type it again in the confirmation field. The system automatically compares both fields to ensure they match. This helps prevent login problems later.

Security code - Captcha

To ensure security and protect the platform from automated bots creating fake accounts, we use a simple captcha mechanism.

  • An image with a numeric code will appear on the page
  • The code is always a five-digit number that you must re-enter.

Acceptance of Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Before creating an account, it is very important that you review the documents governing the use of the Psyll platform:

  • The Terms of Service describe the rights and obligations of both the user and the platform operator.
  • The Privacy Policy explains how we protect and process your personal data.

During registration, you will need to check a box confirming that you have read and agree to these documents. This is a required step to create an account.

Account activation process

After filling out and submitting the registration form, an activation email will automatically be sent to the address you provided.

  • To fully activate your account, click the link or button in the email.
