These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules for using the Psyll platform, which includes the Psyll.com website, mobile applications, tools, trading bots, content, and all other services available through it.
By using the Psyll.com platform, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and related documents, particularly the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these Terms, please immediately cease using our services.
The Psyll.com platform is managed by Psyll Solutions, an entity operating under Polish law. Our primary goal is to provide users with technologically advanced tools that support education, market analysis, and the automation of trading processes. We want to emphasize that Psyll Solutions does not act as a financial advisor, broker, exchange, payment institution, or regulated investment entity. All services, tools, and content offered are exclusively for informational, educational, and technical purposes, and users make all trading and investment decisions at their own risk and responsibility.
Psyll.com ("Psyll", "we", "us", or "our") is an advanced technology platform operated by Psyll Solutions, registered under Polish law. Our platform offers a comprehensive range of services, including:
All services and content provided by the platform are intended to support users in acquiring knowledge, improving trading skills, and optimizing investment strategies. We emphasize that Psyll Solutions does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advisory services, and all decisions made by users based on their use of the platform remain solely at their discretion and risk.
The platform is designed for individuals and entities interested in cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and trading automation technologies. Users may use our services to test trading strategies, analyze market data, and optimize processes, but they must be fully aware of the inherent risks associated with trading in all financial markets, including the risk of losing all invested capital.
Use of the Psyll.com platform is exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and possess full legal capacity. By registering an account, the user confirms acceptance of the "Terms of Service," verifying compliance with the minimum age requirement. Psyll Solutions reserves the right to verify the user's age by requesting identification documents, such as an ID card, passport, or driver's license, in case of reasonable suspicion of a violation of this requirement.
If it is determined that a user does not meet the age criterion, Psyll Solutions may take the following actions:
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registration data is accurate. Any attempts to provide false information to circumvent age restrictions may result in permanent account blocking and further legal action, if necessary, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
The content, tools, and materials available on Psyll.com, including data analyses, market analyses, reports, blog posts, video materials, and results generated by AI-powered bots, are for informational, educational, and technical purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, individual investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Psyll Solutions does not consider individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, or the user's acceptable risk level when creating content or tools.
We recommend that users take the following steps before making any investment or trading decisions:
Psyll Solutions, its partners, service providers, or other affiliated entities are not liable for any financial losses, damages, costs, or negative consequences (direct or indirect) resulting from decisions made by the user based on their use of the platform. Users are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions and all their consequences.
Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and other financial instruments (especially with leverage, if available on external platforms) involves extremely high financial risk, which can lead to the loss of part or all of the invested capital, and even exceed the original investment. By using the Psyll platform, users fully accept and understand the following types of risks:

They are merely examples and reflect past data that may not necessarily be reflected in the future. Users bear sole responsibility for their trading and investment decisions, and Psyll Solutions is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or negative consequences resulting from the use of the platform, its tools, or content.
Users undertake to use the platform in a conscious, prudent manner and in accordance with applicable law, bearing in mind the inherent risks associated with trading in financial markets. Psyll Solutions recommends users thoroughly familiarize themselves with the operating principles of individual markets and regularly monitor and revise their trading strategies.
Psyll Solutions offers no guarantees of profits, returns on investment, financial success, or positive outcomes resulting from the use of the platform, its services, or tools. Users' financial results depend on many variables and dynamic factors, including:
The platform does not guarantee the effectiveness of trading bots, automation tools, or other functionalities in generating profits. Bots operate based on algorithms and strategies defined by Psyll Solutions and artificial intelligence support, but they do not guarantee success. Psyll Solutions does not charge commissions on user profits and does not reimburse losses incurred as a result of using the platform. Users are aware that the volatility of financial markets can lead to rapid and significant changes in asset values, which can result in both potential gains and significant losses.
All decisions regarding the use of Psyll.com services, strategy selection, bot configuration, and risk management are made at the user's sole risk. We recommend users regularly monitor their trading positions, establish their own risk limits, and apply well-thought-out capital management strategies.
Access to the Psyll.com platform includes both free and paid features, tailored to diverse user needs. Free access includes basic resources, such as:
Advanced features, such as trading bots, automation tools, full Webhook and API integrations, extended market data, and premium content, are available exclusively to users with an active paid subscription. Available subscription plans include:
Detailed information about subscription plans, including current prices, available billing periods, and a detailed list of available functionalities, can be found on the Psyll.com website in the "PRO" section. Subscription fees apply exclusively to access the platform and its functionalities. Psyll Solutions does not charge commissions or transaction fees for trading operations conducted by users on external cryptocurrency exchanges, stock brokers, or commodity trading platforms. The user understands and accepts that external trading platforms may charge their own transaction fees, commissions, spreads, asset storage fees, etc.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, unless otherwise required by applicable law (e.g., the right of withdrawal within a specified period for consumers). In case of payment issues, such as failed transactions or incorrect charges, users may contact the support team at support@psyll.com. Psyll Solutions reserves the right to suspend or block access to paid features if subscription fees are not settled on time.
Upon expiration of an active paid subscription (e.g., PRO or Business Plan), the user's account will automatically revert to a free account status, with limited access to basic features as described above.
Psyll Solutions may periodically update subscription prices, of which users will be notified via email or notifications within the platform. Continued use of the services after the new prices come into effect signifies acceptance of them.

Psyll Solutions reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a user's account (along with access to services and forfeiture of any unused portion of the subscription, without refund) in case of:
Users undertake not to share their login details with third parties and to immediately notify Psyll Solutions in case of suspected account security breaches at support@psyll.com. In the event of a security breach, Psyll Solutions may take immediate action, such as temporary account suspension, to protect user data and prevent further damage.
Psyll Solutions places the highest importance on the security and confidentiality of user data. API keys for external exchanges/brokers, passwords, and security elements are stored and transmitted in encrypted form using the advanced AES-256 standard or equivalent. Encryption covers both data stored on servers (data at rest) and data transmitted between the user and the platform (data in transit) using the TLS/SSL protocol.
User data is stored on secure servers located in data centers that comply with strict international security standards, such as ISO 27001, and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Psyll Solutions is not responsible for the interpretation, use, or consequences resulting from users' reliance on this content. Users are responsible for the correct configuration and security of integrations, including ensuring that API keys are used as intended and protected from unauthorized access.
Psyll Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or error-freeness of any content, market data, or results generated by the platform's tools. Market data may be subject to delays, errors, incompleteness, or malfunctions resulting from limitations of external data providers, network connection failures, API issues, or other factors beyond Psyll Solutions' control, for which Psyll Solutions is not liable. Abuse of tools, such as sending an excessive number of API requests (exceeding the limits specified in the subscription plan) or attempts at unauthorized access, may result in restricted access to the platform or permanent deletion of the user's account.

It is prohibited to undertake any actions that may violate the security, integrity, stability, or proper functioning of the platform, including but not limited to:
In accordance with local regulations concerning the trading of assets and other financial instruments, as well as international sanctions, users located in or using the platform in jurisdictions subject to legal restrictions or prohibitions are not permitted to use Psyll services. Accounts of such users will be immediately blocked without prior notice, and any funds remaining on external platforms connected via API will need to be withdrawn by the user independently. Psyll Solutions may also restrict access to users from other jurisdictions if required by local law or international sanctions, or if it determines that providing services in a given jurisdiction would involve unacceptable legal or operational risk.
Psyll Solutions makes every effort to ensure high availability and reliability of the platform, with a target availability of 99.9% annually. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of services. Interruptions in availability may result from:
Psyll Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw any platform features, and introduce new ones at any time without prior notice. Psyll Solutions is not liable for any losses, data loss, loss of profits, loss of trading opportunities, or other negative consequences (direct or indirect) resulting from platform downtime, data errors, technical failures, and due to decisions or actions of external providers with whom the Psyll.com platform integrates via API. The user accepts that trading in financial markets involves operational risk.
All content, software, graphic designs, user interfaces, databases, algorithms (including AI algorithms), machine learning models, source and binary codes, trademarks, logos, the trade name Psyll.com, and all other elements of the Psyll.com platform are protected by intellectual property law, including copyright law, trademark law, and database protection law. These rights belong to Psyll Solutions or its licensors.
Without the express, prior written consent of Psyll Solutions, it is prohibited to:
Any complaints regarding the operation of the Platform or the Services provided should be submitted in writing to the email address: support@psyll.com or via the technical support form available on the Psyll.com website. A complaint should contain at least: the user's identification data, a concise description of the subject of the complaint, the date the problem occurred, and the expected solution.
Psyll Solutions undertakes to consider the complaint and provide a response within 30 days from the date of its receipt. In justified cases requiring additional information or analysis, this period may be extended, of which the User will be promptly informed.
The response to the complaint will be sent to the User via email to the email address provided in the complaint or assigned to the User's account.
Psyll Solutions reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms at any time.
Changes to the Terms may be dictated by, among other things, changes in applicable law (national and international, including those related to financial markets, data protection, AML/CTF), the introduction of new features or services on the platform, modification of existing functionalities, technological changes, reorganization of Psyll Solutions, the need to adapt to market conditions, or regulatory decisions.
Information about changes will be published in a prominent place on the Psyll.com website.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the amended Terms signifies acceptance of them. In case of non-acceptance of the amended Terms, the User has the right to terminate the service agreement with Psyll Solutions with immediate effect, which is equivalent to account deletion. Failure to terminate the agreement within 14 days from the date of notification of changes is equivalent to their acceptance.
The user has the right to terminate the service agreement with Psyll Solutions at any time, without giving a reason.
Termination of the agreement occurs through the deletion of the user's account, which can be done via a dedicated function in the user panel or by sending a relevant request to the email address support@psyll.com.
Termination of the agreement results in the permanent deletion of the user's account and loss of access to all services, including paid features. Subscription fees for the unused billing period are non-refundable.
Psyll Solutions has the right to terminate the service agreement with the user with immediate effect if the user violates the provisions of these Terms, particularly regarding prohibited activities.
The agreement may also be terminated in case of suspicion of illegal activities, actions that violate the security of the Platform or other users, or when required by applicable law, regulatory decisions, or court rulings.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that is closest to the purpose of the original provision and is consistent with applicable law.
Psyll Solutions may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, without the user's consent.
The primary form of communication between Psyll Solutions and the user is email to the email address provided during registration or currently assigned to the user's account. Messages sent to this address will be considered delivered.
