Manage payment methods, track payments sessions and process transactions securely in one place.

On the Psyll platform, card payments are processed by Stripe, a globally recognized online payment provider that ensures complete security and compliance with the latest industry standards (including PCI DSS Level 1). Thanks to Stripe integration, users can quickly and conveniently pay for their chosen subscription plan directly from their browser - without creating additional accounts or sharing data outside Stripe’s trusted infrastructure.

How to Pay by Card

To pay for a subscription using a payment card:

  • Go to the subscription page. After clicking "Choose plan", you'll be redirected to the payment method selection page.
  • Select "Card Payment (Stripe)" as your preferred payment option.
  • Click "Continue" to proceed to Stripe’s secure payment page.
  • Enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVC code) and confirm the transaction.

Stripe supports all major card types, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. The system automatically detects the currency and applies the correct conversion based on the user’s location.

Payment Processing and Access Activation

Once the payment is successfully completed, the Psyll system automatically receives confirmation from Stripe within a few minutes. There’s no need to manually report the payment or send confirmations - the system independently verifies the transaction and assigns the subscription to the user’s account.

As soon as Stripe confirms the operation, the subscription status automatically changes to active, and full access to PRO plan features is instantly unlocked. In rare cases - for example, due to delays on the provider’s side - this process may take a few extra minutes but requires no action from the user.

After the transaction is completed, the user can return to the Psyll website, where the account panel will display detailed information about the active subscription and the start date of the billing period.

Payment Security

Stripe employs multi-layered security, SSL/TLS 1.2 encryption, and card data tokenization, ensuring that no payment information is stored on Psyll’s servers. The entire process takes place exclusively within the Stripe environment, which meets the highest security standards used by financial institutions and banks.

All transactions are monitored in real time, and the system automatically blocks any unauthorized activity. Additionally, Stripe may require Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) - meaning payment confirmation via your banking app or an SMS code.

As a result, every card transaction on Psyll is fully secure, GDPR-compliant, and meets PSD2 regulatory standards.
