Cryptocurrency Payment Sessions

Each payment on our platform is conducted within a unique session that guarantees a stable price for 3 hours. Find out how to monitor and manage your payment sessions to maintain full control.

Payments

Manage payment methods, track payments sessions and process transactions securely in one place.

A payment session is an individual, temporary process that enables the completion of payments for selected products or services on the Psyll.com platform. Each session establishes a unique context in which the price and transaction details are determined and the payment status is monitored.

Session duration

A payment session is valid for 3 hours from its creation. This time limit ensures that payment terms, such as the agreed-upon price and exchange rate, stay up-to-date and are not affected by unpredictable market fluctuations. After this time, the session expires, requiring a new session to be created to continue the payment process.

Set price and rate stability

Upon session creation, the product price is automatically fixed in the chosen cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). This price remains stable throughout the entire session duration, even if market rates fluctuate. This provides the user with certainty that the amount to be paid will not change, which minimizes the risk of confusion or the need for top-ups.

Managing sessions

The user can:

  • End an active session before the 3-hour limit - for example, if they want to cancel a payment or change the payment method or currency.
  • Create a new payment session at any time if the previous one has expired or was manually terminated.
  • Hold several concurrent sessions for the same product, as long as they use different assets. For example, you can simultaneously have an active payment session for a pro account purchase in Bitcoin and another one in Ethereum.

Viewing and controlling sessions

You can easily view all your payment sessions, both active and completed, in your user panel under My Account > Payment Sessions. There, you will find all the details for each session - such as the creation date, selected product, payment method, transaction status, and session validity. This provides you with full control over your payments, allowing you to quickly respond, for example, by ending a session if the payment wasn't completed.
