Terms and conditions
Edition: 2026.01, effective as of January 21, 2026
This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding civil law agreement entered into between the Administrator of the Psyll platform and the User. Registration of an account, gaining access to protected resources, and any use of the Platforms infrastructure is equivalent to full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this document. Lack of consent to any of the points below obliges the User to immediately cease using the service.
1. General definitions
1.1. Administrator - The operational team of the Psyll platform, conducting activities with its operational headquarters in the territory of the Republic of Poland, exercising technical and substantive supervision over the functioning of the service.
1.2. Platform - The IT system available at the domain https://psyll.com together with all associated subpages, applications, interfaces, and analytical tools.
1.3. User - A natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit using the Platforms resources on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. UGC (User-Generated Content) - All content, data, specialized analyses, comments, images, and files created, submitted, and published independently by the User within the Platforms structure.
1.5. HITL (Human-In-The-Loop) model - An integral operational methodology of Psyll, under which the ultimate substantive and decision-making responsibility for editorial content rests with a qualified team of human editors.
1.6. Google Analytics and Google AdSense - External services provided by Google LLC, with which the Platform integrates for the purpose of optimizing performance and monetizing resources, in full compliance with GDPR and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration, identity, and security procedures
2.1. Data credibility: The User undertakes to provide complete and truthful data during the registration process and to update it immediately in the event of any changes to their profile.
2.2. Confidentiality of credentials: Sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of authentication data (passwords, session keys) rests with the User. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the takeover of the account by third parties due to the Users gross negligence in security matters.
2.3. Verification mechanisms: The Administrator has implemented additional technical security layers (including two-factor authentication, email correspondence verification, and anti-bot systems) to protect the integrity of the Platform and its users data.
2.4. Account management: The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block the Users account in the event of a justified suspicion of a breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the security of the Platform.
3. Rules for using the platform and UGC publication standards
3.1. Compliance with law: The User undertakes to use the Platform solely for purposes consistent with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and professional good practices.
3.2. UGC quality standards: By publishing content on the Platform, the User declares and guarantees that:
- They hold full copyright or appropriate licenses to the published materials.
- The published content does not infringe the rights of third parties, personal rights, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights.
- The content does not constitute disinformation, data manipulation, spam, malicious software (malware), or promote hate speech.
- The Administrator has the right to unilateral moderation of UGC, which includes applying verification notes (Fact-Checking), hiding, or removing materials deemed inconsistent with Psylls editorial guidelines or ethical policy.
- The User bears full and exclusive civil and criminal liability for any content published under their account and releases the Administrator from any liability toward claims of third parties.
4. Intellectual property and licensing
4.1. Administrators ownership: All components of the Platform, including source code, database architecture, graphic layout, trademarks, and original editorial content, constitute the exclusive property of the Administrator and are protected by law.
4.2. UGC license: By publishing UGC, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, territorially and temporally unlimited license to use, store, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning, promotion, and development of the Platform (including integration with Google AdSense advertising systems).
4.3. Users copyright: The User retains moral copyright to their analyses and may freely quote them in other publications, provided that Psyll is clearly indicated as the original place of publication (with an active URL link).
5. Disclaimer of liability
5.1. Informational character: All content available on the Platform (both editorial and UGC) is solely informational and analytical in nature. It does not constitute and cannot be treated as professional investment, legal, medical, or tax advice.
5.2. Decision-making risk: Any strategic or financial decision made by the User based on the content of the Platform is taken at the Users sole risk. The Administrator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses.
5.3. Technical stability: The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services, absence of system errors, or complete resistance to cyber attacks, despite applying the highest industry security standards.
5.4. External resources: The Administrator shall not be liable for the content of external links or materials published by third parties over which it has no substantive control.
6. Termination of the agreement and sanctions
6.1. Termination by the user: The User has the right to delete their account at any time. This operation is irreversible and involves the deletion of personal data in accordance with the procedures described in the privacy policy.
6.2. Termination by the administrator: The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or permanently block the Users account without prior notice in the event of a gross breach of the Terms and Conditions or actions detrimental to the Platform.
6.3. Catalog of sanctions: Depending on the severity of the breach, the Administrator may apply: a warning, a public moderation note attached to the Users content, temporary restriction of account functionality, permanent blocking of access, and initiation of legal proceedings to claim damages.
7. Final provisions
7.1. Amendments to the terms: The Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the service after the entry into force of the changes is equivalent to their acceptance.
7.2. Governing law: Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement shall be subject to the law and resolved by the court competent for the Administrators registered seat.
