End of subscription period

Your PRO subscription is set to expire once the paid period is over. Learn what's in store for your account, including loss of access and data removal, and how to avoid service interruptions.

Your Psyll PRO subscription is a fixed-term purchase (e.g., X days). Please note that the subscription does not automatically renew. This means that once the subscription period is over, your access to PRO features will expire unless you renew.

What happens when your PRO subscription expires?

When your PRO subscription ends, the following changes will be automatically made to your account:

  • Access to PRO features will be lost - You will lose access to all premium tools and features that are exclusive to PRO users, such as advanced trading bots, higher limits, the monitoring dashboard, and the strategy builder.
  • Associated bot orders will be deleted - All active trading orders handled by your PRO subscription bots will be deleted to prevent unmanaged trading without full automation.
  • Bot slots will be removed - The slots assigned to PRO bots will be freed up, making it impossible to use these bots under your expired subscription.
  • Webhooks and their logs will be deleted - If you have more than one active webhook, the extra webhooks and their related logs will be deleted. We advise leaving one webhook before your subscription ends, as this can be used with the free version of the platform to maintain your basic automation.

Important - Remember to check your subscription's expiration date

Because the PRO subscription does not renew automatically, you are responsible for extending it. We recommend regularly checking your subscription's end date and taking action early to avoid any interruption in PRO feature access and potential data loss.
