Automatic data deletion

We use automated data deletion to ensure your security and data protection. The Psyll platform employs mechanisms for the automatic removal of information after a specified time.

Data management

Psyll collects and manages your data securely, with options for automatic deletion to protect privacy and meet compliance.

To ensure user data security and optimize system resources, the Psyll platform employs mechanisms for the automatic deletion of selected data after a specified retention period. This process is fully automated and implemented in accordance with the principle of data minimization. This means we only store the information necessary to provide our services and then delete it to reduce risk and protect privacy.

Below are the detailed rules for automatic data deletion:

  • Payment sessions - All payment sessions older than 12 hours are automatically deleted from the system to keep transaction data current.
  • Notifications - Platform-generated notifications and alerts older than 30 days are automatically deleted. This ensures users have access only to current and relevant information while keeping the system tidy.
  • Support tickets - Archived technical support tickets that have exceeded a 3-month retention period are automatically deleted.

Automatic data deletion is a core part of Psyll's security policy, designed to provide the highest level of protection and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
